Amanda has been creating beautiful, customized hair since 2004. Specializing in blonding, gray coverage, gray blending, and custom color, she tailors every look to complement each client’s skin tone, eye color, hair texture, and lifestyle. With a special love for curls and textured hair, Amanda combines precision cutting and advanced color techniques to enhance natural beauty. As a licensed cosmetology instructor, she is passionate about staying ahead of trends and mentoring future stylists. Her goal is simple: to help every client leave feeling confident, radiant, and completely themselves.

With over 20 years in the hair industry and a role as co-owner of Zee’s Salon, Katesha brings a deep passion and enthusiasm to her work, sharing it with every client, guest, friend, and colleague. She excels in texture transformations and color correction, and is certified in multiple SoCap extension methods, dedicated to achieving every client’s hair goals. Katesha also specializes in textured precision cutting and formal styling for any occasion. As a licensed cosmetology instructor, she enjoys mentoring emerging stylists and imparting her knowledge. On her days off, you’ll find her relaxing with a good book or in her garden!

Mary is one of our Senior level Stylists and is one of our co-owners at Zee’s. She has several years experience in the industry, and loves all things hair! Her favorites are dimensional color, blonding, extensions, and custom haircuts. She also loves to teach our new talent stylists, and does hands on class with them as often as she can. Montana is not only one of our Senior level Stylists, she has also been a co-owner of Zee’s since 2021. She is constantly striving to stay on top of current trends and is always looking for the next best look. Her passion is creating a custom look for every client, that caters to their specific face shape, skin tone, and eye color. While Montana does it all, she specializes in blonding, dimensional color and is trained in multiple methods of extensions, including semi-permanent toppers! Tiana is in love with transforming hair! She has been in the industry since 2015 and she is one of our co-owners at Zee’s. She is talented at coloring and cutting hair! She also provides specialty services such as Brazilian blowouts and customized extensions. Tiana likes to change it up and give everyone a look designed just for them! In addition, she enjoys doing wedding styles for brides and bridal parties in salon and on site. She is motivated and passionate about making her guests feel like the superstars they are!

With nearly 20 years behind the chair and over a decade in education, John brings a rare blend of technical precision, creativity, and passion to every aspect of hairstyling. Known for a sharp eye and a deep respect for all hair types and textures, he excels in creating personalized, elevated looks. While skilled across the board, color is where John truly shines—transforming tones to enhance natural beauty and celebrate individuality. Beyond the salon, he is a dedicated educator, mentoring new talent and staying at the forefront of industry trends. Whether working with clients or students, John leads with expertise, artistry, and heart.

Lauren graduated from PMTS in 2019 and has been a co-owner of Zee’s since 2024. She specializes in body waxing and loves creating natural reds and dimensional colors, textured cuts, and blunt bobs. She’s your “neurospicy”stylist friend ready to get you looking and feeling your best!

Mary Paige is a Senior Stylist and co-owner of Zee’s Salon & Day Spa with a passion for creating personalized looks. She specializes in blonding and dimensional color. Some other favorites include Brazilian Blowouts, perms, and precision haircuts. Mary Paige is dedicated to making each guest feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty. Her goal is for every guest to feel radiant and renewed.

Since 2019, Madolyn has been creating the best looks for her clients at Zee’s Salon and Day Spa! She offers a variety of services including custom color, men and women’s haircutting, brow waxing, bridal styling, perms, Brazilian Blowouts and more! She has a passion for pixie cuts and fun, textured styles, as well as bright colors and blondes! Book with her today and transform your look!

Emily has been behind the chair since 2015, but with Zee’s Salon since 2020. Her favorite services include messy textured cuts, sleek bobs, vibrant reds, dark brunettes, vivid colors and lived in color. Other services she enjoys include wedding and special occasion makeup, as well as lash lift and tints, lash extensions and brow lamination’s as well as facials! Outside of the salon she spends time supporting local music, working on puzzles and legos, and collecting ethical taxidermy! She hopes to see you in her chair/ spa bed to make you feel like the best version of yourself.

Alex is a 2019 graduate of Paul Mitchell the School of Roanoke and she is passionate about making each client feel their most beautiful! Her specialties are blonding, lived in color/balayage, and sew in extensions! She also has a love for formal styles/makeup for weddings and other special events! Alex is always keeping up with the latest trends and is very passionate about what she does. If you fit into these categories, she would love to have you in her chair!

Brooke is a Salem-born family girl with over 4 years of experience under her belt. She loves lived-in looks and creating natural-looking dimension, specializing in blondes, grey coverage, and grey blending. In addition to her natural talent as a stylist, Brooke’s clients love her for her bubbly & radiant personality, which makes everyone in her chair feel warm, comfortable, and beautiful. With years of experience behind the chair, Kay is a passionate and creative hairstylist dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Specializing in various services including custom color, natural haircare, locs, and extensions, Kay blends technical skill with a keen eye for detail and personal style. Whether you’re after a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, she creates customized looks that reflect each client’s individuality. Known for her warm personality and commitment to continued education, Kay ensures every guest leaves the chair feeling confident, beautiful and inspired.

Gracie is a recent Cosmetology School graduate with a passion for making individuals fall in love with their hair! She enjoys blonding, lived-in dimensional colors, vivid services, and haircuts! Gracie has a desire to expand her education in the beauty industry day by day! Her goal is to create hair designs that suit the needs and wants of all of her clients!

Emeth is a graduate of the Burton Cosmetology Program, where she discovered her love for creating hair transformations that help clients feel confident and beautiful. She enjoys working with dimensional color and lived-in blonde looks, combining creativity with attention to detail. Excited to continue learning and growing, Emeth looks forward to building her career and connecting with clients in the beauty industry.

Jhenneil is currently a high school student enrolled in the cosmetology program through the Burton Center of Arts and Technology! She is a salon associate and assists in day-to-day salon life while getting experience in being behind the chair. Jhenneil recently received her lash technician certification and is continuing her education with many mentors here at Zee’s Salon! She looks forward to learning and working more with everyone!

Meet Bea, our esteemed Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a career spanning since 1997. Specializing in aromatherapy and reflexology, Bea combines her holistic expertise with a background in journalism from Radford University and a foundation from Salem High School. As a seasoned instructor of massage therapy, she imparts her knowledge to aspiring therapists. Bea works exclusively on Fridays, offering a serene and restorative experience.
