Client Conduct Policy:
Zee’s Salon is an inclusive environment for all individuals. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, and bullying. Any stylist or client misconduct of the former will be documented and handled accordingly.
We ask all clients and other individuals with clients, to be respectful of other clients, stylists, and salon property. Ultimately, it is our job to make sure all individuals are safe, and the property of the salon and stylists is respected.
Some client best practices are listed below:
- Arrive on time for all appointments, and notify as soon as possible if you are unable to arrive for your appointment or will arrive late.
- Do not leave minors unsupervised. If they are receiving a service – do not leave the salon property, unless they are 14+ and you have notified their stylist. If they are with you while you are receiving a service, please supervise. We have many sharp, hot, and chemical items in the salon, and are not able to give our best service to you and watch minors.
- The salon is a relaxing environment, please keep personal devices volume low, or use headphones.
- Please do not pick up or use professional tools. These are a personal investment of our stylists, and can be very expensive or not replaceable.
- Please follow your stylists instructions during services. We are using sharp, hot, and chemical products. Your safety is our primary concern.
- We are a family environment, please keep conversations and actions appropriate.
- Please pay for all services at the time of service.
7 Day Policy
At Zee’s Salon and Day Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things might not turn out exactly as you envisioned. To ensure you leave with a smile, we offer a 7-day window for any corrections or changes to your service. If you’re not completely happy with your results, simply contact us within seven days of your appointment, and we’ll work with you in a timely manner to make things right. Your confidence and happiness are essential to us, and we’re committed to providing exceptional service every time you visit.
To continue providing the best service and value to our clients, we’d like to inform you about a change in our payment policy. Due to the rising costs of credit card processing fees, we kindly encourage payments by cash or check whenever possible. Of course, we still accept credit and debit cards for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding and support as we make this adjustment to better serve you. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment options, please don’t hesitate to ask!
